DESCRIPTION: This is a list of all bond purchases and the remaining bond balances by low organization number. This copy of the Bond Purchases and Balances Report is generated from the same tape that produces the COM report on bond purchases and balances by employee. This is sent to each agency. One copy of 75 masters is produced twice a month. This is part of the Payroll System. This record includes employee name and address, employee's social security number, name of co-owner or beneficiary, bond identification, deduction and other earning cross reference, records type, beginning balance, current deduction or adjustment, denomination of current bond purchase, number of bonds, total cost, ending balance, sum or current bond purchase, month-to-date total bond purchases, quarter-to-date total bond purchases, year-to-date total bond purchases, beginning balance for each low organization, current deductions for each low organization, ending balance for each low organization, and totals for each low organization according to current status, month-to-date, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date.
