DESCRIPTION: This license is required in the State of Utah before a company may engage in or operate an alarm business. The information is required to determine if the applicants qualifications are in accordance with the law and rules and regulations. This could include the application, fingerprint cards (2), corporation/DBA papers, contractors licensing/waiver letter, criminal history rap sheet, agency correspondence, company correspondence, and a copy of current license or certificate in the case of a renewal. These licenses must be renewed every two years.
