DESCRIPTION: This file is required by UCA 58-65 (1992) which states that no individual may function as an alarm agent or perform the duties of an alarm agent unless the individual possesses a valid identification card. Following receipt for application for licensure the division shall review the application for completeness and whether facts stated in the application are true, and shall compare the fingerprints of the applicant with fingerprints filed with the Bureau of Criminal Identification to determine if the individual fingerprinted has any recorded convictions. This series includes the application, fingerprint cards (2), photograph, agency correspondence, and criminal history. This license must be renewed every two years.
