DESCRIPTION: These are records of deductions and other earnings per low organization or month-to-date, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date. It is used to reference the amount of retirement deducted and other miscellaneous deductions. This information is referenced 40 times per month. Generally, the information is needed only around payday. Two copies of 116 masters are produced bi-monthly. This is part of the Payroll System. Includes pay period date, level number, low organization number, deduction and other earning code number, description of deduction or other earning, current amount, month-to-date amount, quarter-to-date amount, and year-to-date amount.
