DESCRIPTION: This series contains the Annual Reports of the Division of Real Estate. Regulation of Real Estate brokers was first invoked in 1921. Holdings reflect the fact though that reports were filed jointly with the Securities Commission (#871) until the end of 1962. Contained within the reports are a letter of transmittal, information on the agency and its functions, followed by various tables of figures and schedules that convey the work of the agency over the past year.
