DESCRIPTION: This was a three-part annual report (Annual Financial, Program Section, and Vocational Education) completed by the district's business office for the previous fiscal year. It was submitted by the school district to the State Office of Education School Finance and Business Section. The report was used to create the Office of Education's annual report and to determine allotted funds due to the school district. It is now obsolete and has been replaced by the F-16 report.
