DESCRIPTION: These records support the agency's function to keep, index, and maintain all expunged records of arrests and convictions (Utah Code 77-40-109(1)(2014)). Records contain a comprehensive criminal history and all expungement documentation, including a notarized copy of the certificate of expungement granted by the court, a full expungement, a partial expungement, and when a person does not follow through with the order from the courts.
