DESCRIPTION: This register logs Supreme Court decisions published in the Bulletin between the years 1978 and 1985 and are used for reference in the Office of Administrative Rules. As of 1985, a private vendor will publish the Supreme Court Decisions in cooperation with the Utah Supreme Court Clerk's Office. The register includes date decision was filed, case number, names of plaintiffs, defendants, and respondents, date published in the Bulletin, and from May 1984 to January of 1985, one to two terms indicating the issue brought before the Court for a ruling.
