DESCRIPTION: This keeps track of records cartons given out to agencies. If boxes were not returned within a specified period of time, the agencies were billed. The log was discontinued March 15, 1984, when responsibility for carton distribution was turned over to Administrative Services, Central Services, and Central Stores. It includes the disbursement date, the Archives code number, the department and division name, the number of boxes given out, the low org and account number, a records center filing number, and initials of the records clerk disbursing the boxes.
