DESCRIPTION: This is the input tape used for creating a warrant. This is used to request the Division of Finance to pay individuals what is owed to them in taxes that individuals have overpaid to the State of Utah. The information on these warrants includes payee's name and address, amounts owed, and the Tax Commission Reference Number (ICN). This is part of the Tax Refund System.
