DESCRIPTION: These case files document presentence reports from the Department of Human Services, Psychiatric Security Review Board. They are used by the Board to determine if patients under the care of the State Hospital, mental health centers, private physicans, or counselors are receiving adequate treatment and whether or not patients or inmates should be placed in different care facilities, or their treatment changed, modified, or terminated. These files also include presentence evaluations from the Department of Corrections and any mental health evaluations from the State Hospital.
