TITLE: Unsuccessful applications for special hunting permits

DESCRIPTION: These are applications not selected by the computer for special permits to participate in designated hunts. Copies of the lists are transferred to the Division of Finance to refund the application fee to the unsuccessful applicant. The information on the application includes name, address, date of birth, type of license held by the applicant, physical characteristics, telephone number, driver's license number, and the type of hunt for which the applicant was seeking a permit.
