DESCRIPTION: These files document disciplinary action taken against licensees or non-licensees by the Department of Commerce, Division of Professional Licensing. The Division of Professional Licensing may direct disiplinary action or refuse to renew licenses for unprofessional conduct, or moral turpitude (UCA 15-1-501). The division must comply with the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act before initiating disciplinary action against a licensee (UCA 58-1-401).
