Purpose: The purpose for which PII is collected in this record series is to facilitate and manage contractual agreements between the division and external entities. The personal identifying information is collected to verify the identity and contact information of authorized representatives involved in the contracts, ensure secure communication and system access, and maintain accurate records of parties responsible for fulfilling contractual obligations
