TITLE: Big game applications

DESCRIPTION: These records are created by the division when citizens apply for permits to hunt big game in the State of Utah. The applications are effective for one year but unsuccessful applicants receive bonus points which increase their chances of being drawn in subsequent years. After an applicant is drawn he loses his bonus points and begins the next year again with no points. These records are used by the division to keep a running total of bonus points for each applicant.
