DESCRIPTION: The Food Services department of the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind creates these records to track food supplies being stored or retrieved from the food storage area in the fallout shelter beneath the school cafeteria. The inventory allows the Food Services director to control inventory and plan for new purchases. The inventory form records item, unit size, amount, whether the quantity is going in or coming out of storage, date, and name of employee who retrieves the items.
