Scope and Content
The Comprehensive Water and Sewer Plan (dated November 1970) is a preliminary report evaluating the county's current and future water and sewer system needs. Commissioned by Daggett County, it serves as a two-decade analysis of present and projected economic, social, and physical situations in relation to probable future needs and development. Particular emphasis is given to Manila and Dutch John townships because of their significance in the county's growth pattern. The report concludes with recommendations and outlines for enhanced system development.
