Scope and Content

This series contains materials documenting meetings of the Youth Corrections Management Team meetings. These meetings were generally held once or twice a month and attended by the Division Director, Regional Administrators, and various other staff members. The materials for each meeting typically include an agenda, a summary of topics discussed, and informational materials provided to meeting attendees. While the summaries function as a type of minutes, telling the time and place of the meetings, the individuals present, and the topics addressed in the meetings, they are not formal minutes that were reviewed or adopted.
