Scope and Content
A temporary Constitutional Revision Study Commission was created in 1969 (Laws ch. 89) to examine the state constitution and amendments and to make recommendations to the governor and legislature as to proposed constitutional amendments or revisions. The Commission was made ongoing, rather than temporary, in 1977 (Laws ch. 159). These are the minutes from meetings of the commission and its subcommittees.
