Scope and Content

The National Resources Board, formerly the National Planning Board, directed the state planning boards. The board sent bulletins and memoranda to all state planning boards, and they created reports that compared the different state plans and public works projects. The series includes bulletins and related correspondence 1934-1940, a report on the future of state planning, an interim report for 1936, pamphlets, a report which compares the drainage basin areas of the state, and a review of activities and progress for 1935.
