Scope and Content

This series is comprised of two index books maintained by the Second Territorial District Court in Beaver County. The Criminal Index primarily covers cases 1 through 805 but also contains a few entries for post-territorial Fifth District criminal records. The volume, "Index to Territorial Criminal Register" includes cases 666 through 805. This index provides the case number and corresponding page number in the register of actions for criminal cases heard in the territorial Second District Court.
