Scope and Content
This series contains a register identified as the "Record of the Dead" listing burials in the cemetery. It appears that the record was begun in 1898 and that information about earlier burials was taken from another source and entered into the register at the beginning. The register includes columns for recording the name of the deceased, relation, date and place of birth, date and cause of death, location of grave, and attending physician or nurse. While the earliest burial in the cemetery reportedly dates from 1860, the earliest death date listed in the register is in 1864. The last burials in the register date from 1959.
