Scope and Content
This record series contains index books kept by the clerk of the court for the purpose of tracking civil actions handled by Seventh District Court in Emery County. Each volume lists the names of plaintiff and defendant, docket number, and register of action entry number. The first volume indexes civil registers A and B. The second volume replicates the information from volume one, and includes new information for civil registers C through E. The entries in this volume are arranged by the surname of defendants. Finally, the third volume replicates all information found in volume two, but is arranged by plaintiff surname instead.
