Scope and Content

This series contains pre-printed forms used to track year end grades, attendance and promotion. These forms were used by teachers to track student performance. The forms contain such information as grades in various subjects, attendance information, addresses of students, and whether or not students were promoted to the next grade . There are only two sheets in this series from one teacher of one class.

Gaps in Series

The Archives only holds records from one class for one year.  All other records from this series have presumably been destroyed.

This series is designated as Private: Information about minors under 21 years of age is considered private for 100 years. (Utah Code 63G-2-310).
