Moffat in March 1909 to "compile and revise" the city's ordinances. The compilation was published in 1911 by P. K. Nielson with a printing of 200 copies. The ordinances are codified by chapter and section and cover various aspects of city operation, including municipal elections, duties and powers of officials, and city revenue and taxes.
