Scope and Content
This series contains materials gathered and distributed to city council members prior to council meetings. The materials are made up of documents such as past meeting draft minutes for review, relevant ordinances and resolutions, copies of architectural or engineering drawings and plans, correspondence with the public, reports, and more all meant to facilitate discussion of items on the meeting agenda. Some of the packets contain notes from city council members. The meeting agenda is typically included in the packets.
