Scope and Content

This series contains tax assessment and property value evaluations kept by Spanish Fork on properties within the city. The ledgers document such information as the name of the property owner, legal description of real estate, description of personal property (particularly livestock and vehicles), the valuation of the real estate and personal property combined, and the amount of tax levied on the property. Some of the ledgers also document payments made on these taxes as well as remittances and other applicable notes.
