Scope and Content
The Utah Historical Quarterly is a journal published quarterly by the Utah State Historical Society since 1928. Mailed to members of the Historical Society, the journal publishes articles on all aspects of Utah history (from prehistory to the present) as well as memoirs, annotated primary sources, book reviews, and photos. Manuscripts are submitted for publication and are reviewed by an editorial staff for appropriateness, completeness, and adherence to guidelines and standards. Issues are 96 pages in length and are published in the Winter (January), Spring (April), Summer (July), and Fall (October).

It includes all 29 volumes in the Utah County History Series as well as the first 22 volumes of Beehive History (1975-1996). Electronic versions of the Utah Historical Quarterly present include Volume 01 to Volume 50 (1928-1982) and Volume 63 to Volume 66 (1995-1998). Every publication is keyword searchable.
