Most of the photographs\, with the possible exception of those depicting road dedication ceremonies\, were probably taken by photographers other than Rampton's press secretary\, such as newspaper photographers\, those employed by state or federal agencies\, or photographers hired by private companies. The photographs of road dedication ceremonies seem to have been taken by a photographer hired by the Utah State Road Commission.
